Trypophobia Fix?

Does anyone know if there is a way to dig into the game files so I can change the texture of the hive? I have Trypophobia and get really messed up when I see them but also know they are an important aspect of the game. I'd like to just replace the texture with a flat colour or something similar so I can play like normal but I'm not sure how. Anyone have any ideas?

You might be able to mod the texture out yourself with a bit of help from a guide, theres free tools online for editing unity stuff
