Removing screen jitter and FPS drop in VR mode.

This is my first time running Lethal Company in VR, and the first time i've almost vomited playing VR.

Everything runs as expected, but there is an odd feeling of "lag" or "jitter" to the game.
The game assets and the game menu are almost constantly "shifting" around when playing.

The problem of game "jitter" or "screen warping" occurs when you are moving your arms or head.
If you stand completely still, and sprint via. joystick, everything is great.

PC: Core i9 -13900K, 4090, 128 GB DDR5
Headset: Quest 3.

I had seen the recommendation to turn on DLSS in the game Config. files.

Question:
Does anyone know where the heck I can make the DLSS change in the config. files?
Has anyone got any ideas on fixing this issue?

DLSS has no effect on this issue.

Update 2.0 Fix:
Thanks to BIG SPENDA,
Go to openxr, check the runtime, if it says "Steam vr" uninstall steam vr, then open up the oculus app on the pc and go into settings - general - openxr runtime and then set oculus as active. then reinstall steamvr and check again, it should say oculus as runtime, and there you have it

you find any solutions? i have a 3060 ti and intel i7 12700f
running on quest 2. well not running, it jumps around like its confused on if i want to play in vr or not. also it is super behind when i move my head in the slightest. my eyes are twitching now

also i changed the dlss to true in config and it did nothing. if using thunderstore app on pc the file in the config section is labeled "BepInEx/config/io.daxcess.lcvr.cfg"

Hey man found a fix idk if you are running a quest 2 but if so i got a fix, if you go into steam vr settings, then go to openxr, check the runtime, if it says "Steam vr" uninstall steam vr, then open up the oculus app on the pc and go into settings - general - openxr runtime and then set oculus as active. then reinstall steamvr and check again, it should say oculus as runtime, and there you have it

I use a Quest 2, and this helps! Thanks!!

Thought it was conflicting mods at first, but tried without mod and the issue still persists. Works after I changed the Open XR option in Oculus and uninstalled Steam VR.

You need to download the lethal company vr mod. Its terrifying and also surprisingly good, it's the best vr mod I've ever tried. You can download it manually or use a mod manager like thunderstore which I would recommend.

it works and makes it smoother, but the bad thing is you cant invite friends if you're running oculus xr, it doesn't register that you're in the game
