for one how are you stealing (unless its a lootbug) they are abandond scrap metal that serve no purpose
secondly i would say you are salvaging scrap as you are re-purposing it (well more feeding it to something but shh the company doesnt want you to know)
game is not a singleplayer game (although you can try) and no luck doesnt control everything, skill still plays a significent factor in survival, still can be robbed tho from time to time (especially when alone and as you can imagine it is intended)
i mean yea its part of the simplistic gameplay loop? the longer you go on the harder the qouta gets the more you have to take on risky challenging moons till your inevitible failure
if you could make the same ammount of salvage on experimentation as titan theres no reason to take other moons, its very simple balancing and gameplay design
also try rend even as 4 players theres no reason to go to titan unless you are after chaos, not to mention its 300 credits cheaper meaning you can save up for artifice, jetpacks etc easier
also its so easy to jump into the ship and close the door first thing (just getting back out is the problem)
[qoute] And the longer one can live in this game, the lower the luck component must be.
8-Titan has the simplest round-trip method, especially when you have an extension ladder, the time required for vertical transportation of items is almost zero. When you have a jetback, even a solar eclipse outdoors will not have a significant impact on you. And the main entrance and fire exit of 8-Titan are very close, so the most efficient method is to simply search the rooms near the main entrance and fire exit, with an average of at least $200-300 worth of loot per search. [/qoute]
luck isnt even a mechanical factor, where does this "luck" system even come from its just rng at its finest
yet again rend is overall a better choice (in praticallity) the quick loot transport really isnt worth the extreem ammount of risk epsecially when you have a jetpack making transporting small items so much faster and safer
erm yea most people even as a squad of 4 dont even achive this, and yet again these high qouta peeps activly avoid titan for rather obvious reasons
heres what happens when one of these high qouta peeps stick to titan over rend:

[qoute] All community gurus or speedrun players who attempt to create records use Titan as their moon for breaking records. This indicates that Titan is the most stable and cost-effective moon. [/qoute]
this is simply because its one of the shortest maps to travle to entrence with, its quick making it efficent for speedruns
they can afford it because in a literal sense they dont buy anything else, no ship upgrades, additional equipment etc there strat doesnt involve long term efficency (like jetpacks)
while some may be intrested into speedruns may find this helpful anyone who is after high qouta or even playing casually doesnt benifit from such a strat
5. Adamance: always accessible with good loot.
4. Artifice: fantastic loot guarantees it getting a high spot, but $1500 makes it a rare treat to ever see it
3. Rend: its size multiplier and loot density makes it the best mansion layout map, except for artifice that costs 3 times the price.
2. Assurance: quick, reliable, safe, and still pretty profitable. No better way to start a run
1. Titan: in an out get $500 before anything even spawns, stairwell provides a fast way to get items to the ship without having to take them back and forth and deal with monsters, and if you are feeling daring it still offers a ton of loot when you go deep.
