jetpack not working?

need help jetpack wont work for some reason. just lifts me a few metres of the ground then i hover back to the ground

It's the new patch, you gotta hold it for much longer. It's annoying but I think now you can't really blow up anymore, so there's that. I tested it in the company building and you can get crazy fast, but you need like half a minute to reach top speeds.

I personally like the change, but I also think they should make it much cheaper than 700.
