Inverse Teleport Not Working

My inverse teleporter is only teleporting everyone but me. Regular teleport works just fine, it's only the inverse that wont work. Anyone know a good fix? I can't seem to find much info about this glitch anywhere

Update: regular teleport no longer works now either. I did in the same game but now it just doesnt. And before anyone asks yes the teleporter was on me and I was alive, it still just didn't work

It's vanilla, I don't have any mods enabled...
