Bring Back V50 Dine
Where to start with this take? The V50 Dine is the moon that gave me the most fun in this game in awhile.
With the current setup, there's no way to make quick escapes or safely bring back loot even with a Jetpack or Cruiser. It completely removes all playability from the player outdoors with the huge open space you're dropped into from exiting Main or Fire(which are both connected to the same area).
V50 Dine gave the player a choice to switch between the two areas of Main and Fire entrances when one was too dangerous outdoors.
The layout of the V50 Dine gave so much more variety of pathways to take back to ship. It also made outrunning Giants on foot possible! While still possible with Fire Exit, it doesn't help as getting loot back is nearly impossible when you're spotted the second you exit Fire.

The indoors gameplay, specifically solo is some of the most chaotic, yet fun I've ever had. Kill a Butler, pick up knife, then go on a killing spree. Meanwhile a Bracken, Coil, Thumper and Nutcracker are chasing you down with Butler Bees on the loose, while you continuously hack and slash your way through everything.
I will say, that Mansion is what makes this possible, as the elevation makes enemy escapes much more viable, even still, it'd be worth it to me if the outdoors was just reverted to being playable.
PLEASE DO THIS V70

... Did Dine get another update since the fire and main entrance were changed?

Honestly, I also love Dine too... it might be my second favourite moon, right behind Artifice. I do think that the Mineshaft addition has also gotten a bit tiring, and I am not the only one that feels that way as a whole... and with Dine being heavily Mineshaft Focused, it makes the entire butler-focused map kinda off.

I think that the Main and Fire Exit change was unnecessary. Honestly, I don't know why he changed it, all I know is that with the new change with the main entrance seemingly moved in a way that it is very close to the Fire Exit, it now makes it so that a single Forest Keeper (or worse, 2 or 3) camping a Main Entrance means that they are also camping a Fire Exit... which sucks quite a bit. It wasn't so much a problem with V50 when the Fire and Main were in reverse positions, but now it seems to be way too common at times. A stun grenade is now a general necessity since it is such a problem.

I hope that Dine didn't get 'another' update that made it worse with V69. I guess I will see if it has today.

You guys get angry over the slightest changes.

Where did I say I'm angry about the changes? I just said I want them reverted and that I found the old one more fun. I was simply adding my reasoning why I found it that way.

But if someone having a different opinion than you or the developer makes you assume anger is involved, then it probably is a personal issue :)

I honestly find all versions fun when playing with a group. The most unplayable IMO is the OG one though.

From a gameplay standpoint, it didn't make sense for Main to be SO far from ship. It required knowing how to Jetpack, which sure, most people today know how to, but back then really didn't help its popularity.

On top of that, I'm pretty sure OG Dine has the most traps on average compared to any moon in the game, by a landslide. Seriously, you would enter and have a landmine or 3 right next to an entrance, sometimes exactly where you entered from(which is funny). You'd then have 1 or more turrets staring down Main Entrance doors, making it a chaotic pain to work around.

Those are easily fixable though, just keep the current indoor values and it's fixed. There is a mod for OG Dine btw. And it's as fun as you'd expect it to be.
