to put into prospective the factory is basic designed built around balacning the basic features of the game
the mansion works as a harder interior that is much more open which at least is supposed to make it harder to get lost in and worked as a testing ground for a secondery interior
the mines tried messing with how scrap spawns and how you go around exploring for resources no longer is it the same thing with a different decoration / layout scheme now it impacts how you scavenge loot and traverse items
if not having to to serve one then it at least seems what zeekers is aiming for
8 would be more realistic but for something thats more of a beta build 3 or 4 is okay but id like to see prioritisation on the game balance and qol features that are still lacking more than anything else
even the current interiors are rather buggy with scrap spawning out of bounds etc with god spots and enemy balance isnt great the forest gient has no counter besides stun grenade which then you can say that for about anything that can be stunned, its way too opressive and is actually way more dangerous than any gient robot is (especially when the gient robots clear out other monsters making them more or less the only threat) even tho the gient should be a worse threat than the gient
moons you select also need to serve a bigger purpose than just being dificulty and item / enemy spawn adjustments
make snowy maps cold add unique storms to these maps like adding frost damage so having a heat source may be required as items bla bla bla would people like this probably not but thats not the point
but yea once balance is out the way 2 levels a year is more than reasonable id just like priority on already existing things before seeing new content once he comes back from his burnout
and well either way mods is whats going to help this games longjevity and i think workshop support allowing the game to filter out moded lobies into its own list and allow quick and easy essential mod matches possible would help a lot
its inevitible that mods is what keeps this game refreshing once zeekers is satisfied with the project besides well people just enjoying the game for what it is of course
This is a stellar answer, better than I could hope for
I think we all do
