Do you lose stuff stored from other days if everyone dies?

Yes, you do lose all scrap from every other day too.

While I'm here, does anyone know how to counter the manequin guy? The beastiary says stunning him resets him but a full charge of the zap gone did nothing

maybe the mean the stungrenade by stunning him
