Tech support phone number in ship

So there is a poster in the ship that has a 121 area code phone number in it, which I believe is in Texas, but I tried calling it to no avail. I'm assuming it's just a random number that happens to have a real area code, but does anyone know anything about this? As far as I'm aware noone else is questioning this
