Save slots ?

I don't get it, don't you lose all of your progress when leaving a server or if the host shuts it down ? So what are save slots for ? And if it does save, do you have to be the host to be able to use the save ?

Only Host saves.

Best time to quit is when Orbiting. Items inside the ship stay, if you moved the cabinet and placed stuff inside it'll probably be on the ground under it after reloading.

Saving and reloading is also the only way to get new players to join the lobby.

So if im not the host all of my progression is lost unless im playing with friends ?
And how do I know which save file it saved on, can I edit the name ?
