Sub-species of monsters ?

Would people like that ?
Kinda like Monster Hunter, some monsters having sub-species would just be a plus I feel like
Like, a lot of games want unique stuff but why not make unique stuff and things that derive from this unique stuff

Like Spiders that have a nest and live together but are smaller, a larva thing that attaches to your legs, fire mines (Not a monster but eh), more subspecies of Brackens could be fun but that's harder to find though

Ideas for creatures ?
