some of your save file may not be compatible with version 38 and may be corrupted if you play them, meaning

Why do I got this message when I click Lan or Online. Anyone know and can help me fix this?

I just delete the save file, and so far right now it seem fix and got no more pop-up error.


Try delete your old save file. When trying to create a room, you will see on the right got your save file. Delete those and see if the pop-up error still show when you restart the game or not.

No problem, glad that I can help you. That the only solution I found myself since searching online for hours and got nothing.

But sad case is that all the item on the save file are gone though and need to start again but I can't do anything about that.

Okay I'm having the same issue, but I have no saved files. The message only popped up after adding mods through Thunderstore. Any ideas??

I'm not sure about that, I use mod without thunderstone so I'm not really knowledgable about that Sorry. What kind of pop up error the same message problem we have?

My theory could be:
1. That your mod is not up-to-date.
2. If you play with your friend they need to have the same up-to-date mod also. Because some mod need all player to have it and some don't.

There should always have a safe file. Try checking again. the safe file is when you trying to pick play with friend or public. On that pop-up screen there a save file on the right. I'm not really sure, this the only option or idea I could give.

It seems just restarting the settings to default and then changing something again (like fullscreen mode) and then saving the changes fixes this issue.
