Any way to destroy turrets?

If not, maybe add that? With randomly generated seeds, we've encountered things like the only remaining doorway being completely blocked by a turret, meaning no way to get past it period.

shovels and signs work on small things

I'm already aware of what happens when you shovel a turret 😆. I'm talking about a turret being directly in a doorway to where it's physically impossible to squeeze past it.
