I've looked at all the creature entries and nothing says anything about the school bell. If you know, please say

I heard it just a few moment ago, i've never heard it before and I can't find anything about it, however I guess its some audio cues that triggers when you play solo, as i've never heard it playing with friends, also the heavier I was the louder the ommineous music was, and i've never heard it when I wasn't playing solo . Its just a guess as I can't find anything related to every enemy unless there's one super rare nobody ever saw yet but I think my guess is correct

Nah I was playing as a duo and me and my mate both heard it, we didn't stick around to find out what it was though

The real answer: It's just a random ambient sound.

There's a bunch in the game files and these sounds will just play randomly independent of any monster.

i heard it before reading this and i did not care that i had one day on quota, i just quitted the game bc i thought it was the girl. (i was on experimentation, idk how rare she was there)

Lethal Company has a lot of weird and random ambient sounds, the only one that I constantly hear is the laughing one, I may or may not be correct on this, but I think the more paranoid your character is, the more the likelihood becomes of you hearing one of those sounds?
