Mod that lets you join mid-game while you're on the moon?

Mods like ShipLobby and Late Company only lets you join while in orbit. Is there a mod that lets you join in when you have already landed on the moon?

I'd be scared of putting a mod like that into my game. I've had trouble with griefers joining to hit takeoff before suiciding or jumping off the ship to destroy my day 20+ run.

It's not really the answer/explanation I was looking for. I play with friends only so our session is kept private. The reason why I'm asking is we sometimes get disconnected in the middle of a run. It's annoying when that happens. There's thousands of mods to look at so if anyone has discovered it, I would appreciate if you could share it with me :)

Well lookin on thunderstore I found verylatecompany. Don't know how well it works for the previously mentioned reason.
