and its not as if parents been ignoring age rating for ages or anything either anyways
but that aside i mean yea kinda, its what you expect when its a game trending by youtubers who have a influence over younger audiences
with its wacky cartoonish appeal with wacky funny moments yea it makes sense despite the gritty down to earth nature of this game aspect in this game
they will soon enough vanish tho the game has lost its appeal and i assume come came back due to being a year old to soon enough vanish again
well ima go off the fact that a game like terraria has an age rating of 13 for its gore so, not to mention being a horror bassed game giving stupid lil kids nightmares (not anymore but thats the rules age rating have to obide by)
16 to me seems like a resonable age id expect to be given
I feel like the only reason for this to have 16+ is the vc, since the window of profanity that it can have is obv limitless.
(Maybe thats just me cause my boldass wasnt scared of nothing back then)
The ratings are just guidelines, and all they do is tell you what to expect from the game, nothing more. If you're under the age that the rating requires, then you do technically need the parents permission to play it, let alone pay for it, but that's it.
I've let my kid play way worse, I grew up playing worse than most the stuff out nowadays like many others, but it's really just up to parents to gauge how mature their kids are so just let kids have fun. Don't like it? Find friends to play with and not randoms, problem solved. You can also mute them too. I get kids can be annoying, so that's really all there is to it.
Considering TZP is basically drugs, it would at least be [Teen] rated because it is an abusable substance
