new v66 but stuck in v64

Hi everyone i'm stuck in v64 and can't join my friends who are in v66, i have the automatic update option on steam and i dunno what to do, any help would be appreciated, thank you.

By any chance try this out and tell me if this your issue being on v64:
1. Go to your library on steam and hover over to Lethal Company
2. Right click the game in your library and select "Properties" (alternatively, hit the gear on the far right)
3. Go to the "Betas" tab and for Beta Participation, select "None"

This should ensure that you're NOT in either of the "public_beta" branch nor the "previous" branch which I think are both currently in v64.

If needed after you do the above step, kill Steam from your task manager (CTRL + Shift + ESC to open this up) to fully restart it when you open it up once again.
