A new mob for version 56 or up
I think there should be a mob that can be tamed. I mean, every game needs a companion, right? The mob idea is called the Scrapper Turtle. It is a friendly mob that runs around looking for scrap to add to it's weak shell. It can only be found on harder moons, such as Titan or Embrion. If you have a piece of scrap in your hands, it will ask nicely for it by cocking it's head, looking at the scrap, and coming up to you. If you click E on it, you will tame it. You can ride it, have it collect scrap for you, and guard you from fellow monsters. The Ghost Girl and Earth Leviathan are the only mobs it cannot detect, as the Earth Leviathan is very obvious already and the Ghost Girl's behaviour makes her undetectable. The Scrapper Turtle can be named and monitored. From the monitor, you can click a monster or scrap to attack/collect. It can carry a maximum of up to twelve pieces of scrap. After it is full on scrap and if tamed, it will carry it back to the ship and shake it off. It will then begin to go back unless told not to.

I like the idea of pacifying an enemy for the night by sacrificing scrap but i think having an actual pet like this is weird.

Could work like Steeve from Deep Rock Galactic, honestly. Pacify a creature for that moon only, but if it would end up defending you, probably not much health.
