too many emotes glitching my character out

for some reason, whenever i use a suit that has a model (like the v1 or v2 suit mod), i glitch out and keep moving around the ship uncontrollably. my camera is also shaking a lot and it won't stop unless i switch suits. i don't know why but this is only for me since my friends can use the suits and emote just fine. this started ever since i turned on moving while emoting. i've turned it off but it still keeps glitching even in completely new modpacks. i'm getting frustrated someone please help.
