The Rise and The Fall of Lethal Company
In the records of gaming history, few titles have captured the imagination of players quite like Lethal Company. Launched with much fanfare, this co-op masterpiece quickly gained a dedicated following, drawing in tens of thousands of players and generating substantial revenue for its developer.

With each update, Lethal Company seemed to evolve, offering fresh content, refined gameplay mechanics, and an immersive gaming experience that kept players coming back for more. The developer's commitment to engaging with the community, listening to feedback, and delivering on promises only served to deepen the bond between player and game.

Yet, as swiftly as Lethal Company rose to prominence, it seemed to vanish into the ether. Updates became scarce, communication from the developer dwindled, and the once-bustling community was left in the dark. Players, accustomed to regular content drops and communication, found themselves grappling with uncertainty and frustration.

I just find it crazy. Having the game everywhere on social media only not to hear anything about it in the course of 3 months

Hell I'm actually trying avoid any information regarding the new update so I could play it blind with my friends..
Soo... take that as how you will.

That’s just most games nowadays. Most games usually become “trend games” and they get hyped up for about a month or three before people get bored and move onto the next game. This happened with fall guys, phasmophobia, among us, Lethal Company, Palworld, and now the current game that’s the shiny new toy is Helldivers 2.

Usually it will retain a playerbase who loves the game even after its release which is usually hardcore fans or people who just enjoy the game a lot, but it will never experience a spike unless if there is a massive update that changes a lot.

This has been happening in the gaming industry since the 80s. Monkey see shiny, monkey want shiny, monkey bored of shiny.
