The server host is playing on version 10000 while you are on version 50

They're playing with mods that require you to install/have active to actually join the server.

that's not the issue, I tried copying my friends mods and still the same message. This game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ every time

tell your friend to reinstall without mods

My issue for this was that the mods were installed on a different drive than lethal company, once i installed lethal on the same drive it worked

i have it on the same driver and it still doesnt work

Possibly different versions of more company, that was the problem for me

If you are using the thunderstore manager its because you have your thunderstore manager and lethal company installed on DIFFERENT DRIVES, install both on the same drive or make sure the directory is linked properly.

This was my issue and my simple solution was to reinstall lethal company on my C: drive.

Both my game and thunderstore are on the same drive - C: - and i'm still getting this error (version 10019 vs version 69).
