How rare is this cutscene, my friends are telling me its rare?

If you are talking about the initial cut-scene at the desk, I believe every player gets it now when logging in after the update
Still pretty cool!

I got it on booting up the update for the first time. Thought it was just a new intro or smth, but no one else i played wit had it. Kind of neat. No idea how rare it is though.
