Public Beta Opening Cutscene?

So I got a cutscene my first time opening the public beta, only for my friend to not get it, me to not be able to get it again, and for me to not be able to find anything on it online (unless if I'm missing something??). I didn't think to record as I thought it was a normal thing.

The cutscene consisted of the player leaning back in first person pov from a monitor with some kind of error message. I was able to look around and it was just some kind of room until it all started shaking the the lights flickering, with a woman screaming outside of it. I think there was a jumpscare but I wasn't looking at it, I just saw the movement and heard the noise to the side but I could be wrong.

Was this a normal thing and I just am really bad at looking it up??
