I'm seeing another same pattern that this game could be a disaster like what yandev did. start big - no updates - big promises - lack of transparancy. I might want to start growing corns to make a popcorn and enjoy the drama on youtube that will happen in 1 year.

I think he announced that v50 might take a little more time, but new content is already in public beta branch, you should check it out. Honestly it would be awesome if he optimized the game a little bit, I am always lagging on Titan, Experimentation and sometimes on Gordion.

Relax, i'm just speculating, besides its already 6 months since the game released there are still no lore update like the dev said. Just wait until the day is coming. will it be as we expected or not, we'll see it together.

and somehow i can feel the dev will show up their "i work alone please wait until it perfected" card.

All jokes aside, appreciate you sorta going back on your statement by explaining it more clearly by what you meant. I feel like it's far too early to speculate anything remotely close to a yandev situation, but I can see the frustration a little because it has taken him a while. It should be noted and remembered though that he can use the "I work alone please wait until it's perfected card" because if he didn't, we'd have another content warning situation - the game does not feel polished at all and definitely needed more time to cook, and personally I'd rather wait a few more months for an update to release than have to play a half polished update with too many bugs than modded lethal has (when you decide to crank up the hoarding bugs spawn count, terrible execution at the joke but idgaf), or a lacklustre update because you weren't able to flesh out the content as much as you wanted.

This dev is already known for several games he has finished in the past, just because he takes his time working on it does not mean he'll spend 7+ years barely adding content. The new content in the beta branch is really fun actually, though clearly a work in progress.
If you really want more content from this dev while you wait for v50, go play It Steals and Upturned, they are very much worth your dollar.

.... Which you are not backing up with any evidence or logic, yet somehow found reason to compare this dev to an infamous douchebag dev.

Not having a "Lore Update" isn't accurate nor a means of making the comparison either. The lore of the "old birds" is hefty af, and I imagine the three new maps will have lore tapes like the rest of the maps when the full update comes out.

See this really is just about the most obnoxious and cowardly crap. You make the claim, the title of the whole thread, about this comparison to Yandre Dev, yet you don't do ANYTHING to support that thought, nor do you take responsibility for your claim.

Not sure if you realize but V50 came out in experimental branch and it adds so much new content. It's a small unity dev that used to make roblox games, he didn't expect his game to go big.
