Is Titan the worst value of any moon?
From what I see on the wiki Titan is almost twice the size of rend with only slightly more loot. Plus factory is much harder to navigate than mansion. In my experience with it loot is spread very thin on Titan so it takes several minutes to find 4 items even when I'm the first one in. In pubs most titan runs make less money than runs on free moons or even experimentation. On top of that monsters spawn like crazy so it's hard to stay alive. I've heard all the serious players pretty much stay on rend and dine, but is titan genuinely the least profitable moon in the game?

where are you getting that titan is twice the size of rend? titan has the smallest outdoor area out of all the moons.

Indoor size not outdoor

I view it as being very high risk and maybe high reward. On average, the loot density is indeed worse (fewer items in a given area) than Rend or Dine because of their interior size differences.

If you get lucky though, you might get a high number of loot items spawned. Due to the sheer number of items you might find a lot of valuable loot close to the entrances and make a couple hundred very quickly. Or you might wander deeper into nothingness until one of the many creatures finds you.

With random groups, I have also made less money on Titan than on free moons. Some people also seem insist on going early with no tools, so I can only be so shocked that those runs didn't go well.

You would basically need a bunch of every single tool and a very strong team to try to squeeze all that money out of Titan. Since the exterior is so small, it is technically possible to recover all that loot though.

Titan has the highest value range. Ive seen like anywhere from 900 to mid 2000s
Rend is easier to clean
Dine is basically Titan but worse

I agree that Titan feels more of a gamble, so to speak, compared to other payed moons, when it comes to finding lots of loot right away.

I personally favor Rend by a lot, but can see how Titan can be a fine alternative if you manage to head there on your second or third quota already; you might find a ton of items and rather easily bring them back, and even calling it a day before too many creatures spawn, both indoors and outdoors.
