Weather is not synchronized

We have the problem, that our weather is not synchronized.
For an example: I picked vow without weather.
My mate: It´s flooded. He died of this, while I can move without problems.

On the computer, it´s says "clean" for him but if we land, its not.

We play with few mods but we have nothing that changes weather or something like that.

Certain mods can cause weather to desync completely.
I had that with LateCompany, doesnt make any changes to weather itself but it caused syncing issues.

What mods are you using?

most likely mod related havent had this happened once only thing i can confirm is that weather effects sometimes disappear like rain lightning etc but are still present and still able to harm you :D
