yeah to spawn an item do "item *item name/ID* [ammount] [weight]
price and weight are optional

if you want a more detail explantion still you first press the ~ under the esc key and you could type like item 49 4 200 1 witch spawns in a 4 ducks that are 200 credits and 1 pound and to get a list of all the item id you just type item, there are some more commands like enemy, god, close , clear you can see all of them on this link
