Black Screen Bug (Grey then red, then black screen) FIXED

I've seen many other people with this issue and so far there has been no fix, no update, nothing. There are so many people that bought Lethal Company that are unable to play it because this bug isn't being addressed by the dev.

The game loads into a grey screen then a red one, then goes completely black. I have tried all the suggestions and no matter what I delete, reset, set as, etc, nothing is working and the game refuses to load. It's been over a month now since it started. I will take any more suggestions and keep trying but we really need the dev to take a look at this and take care of it already.

I found a fix in the discord for this issue, and I should have been smarter to go there and check lol here is the fix, it's so stupid simple. It was a resolution issue. I'm just gonna copy and paste what helped me from discord:

Bug : screen is black when launching game without any zeekers or unity screen at start.

Fix : execute this command in the steam game properties launching options : -screen-width 1280 -screen-height 720 +r_forceaspectratio 1.000

Adjust the version of 1.000 adapted to the screen resolution you have using this :

0.923 -> 800x480 (Increases performance)
1.000 -> 860x520 (Vanilla resolution)
1.488 -> 1280x720
2.233 -> 1920x1080 (Default mod resolution)
2.977 -> 2560x1440
4.465 -> 3840x2060

This bug is due to a bug with the wrong screen resolution, so the game wont show anything and just a black screen because its the wrong screen resolution.

ye god king i think you just have to go to settings click display, other things it said and just do the reloustion but idk its not working for me

I'm Brazilian, here I bought it for 33 reais, which is around 6.70 dollars
