Low fps on a good pc needs help

On average, fps 50-60 sometimes reaches 100

as a pc player I can confirm 50-60 fps is like the best like we dont need 300 fps we just need to boot up the game

I'm running it on a FX8350 (aka 11 years old ass hotrod cpu) and a RX580 at 70fps, with around 85 mods. There's definitely something wrong with your config. Check your power settings, put it on performance and disable windows game mode (fun fact: it does ♥♥♥♥ to games).
I would disable any recording software (including the gpu's one) as it can be a pain.
