Mouse Scroll not working?

Tried playing the game with some friends and for myself and 2 others, our mouse scroll wasn't working so it makes it impossible to cycle through your inventory. Even attempting to change key-binds to the left and right arrow keys didn't fix the issue. Anyone else experiencing this problem and if so, found a solution or is it just a current bug in the game?

Its the Too Many Emotes and More Emotes mods. Remove those for the time being.

its the emote mods not working properly, too many emotes and more emotes, just fixed mine

Is this a game file or a mod file that was added in addition to the game files?

I dont have that mod and this problem happens for me with a clean install. - "I have the same issue, I have tried different mice and turning off everything on my PC except the essentials. I have tried on multiple computers windows 11 and 10 and same issue. different mice, different everything down to the hardware of the PC. Does anyone have a real fix for this. Not a mod issue because it happens with a clean install as well."
