Making a mod only usable in private lobbies is a pretty dumb move.
Then host a private game with your friends and your problem is solved! Wasn't that nice that the Dev for that mod still lets you do that?

Also not everyone just has a ton of friends to play with. The private only move is dumb.
Your argument is that people are greifing with it and that it changes the game. Then what about all those people literally cheating? The people with speed hacks, infinite money, being able to kill anyone, etc. That mod hasn't been made private only.
Yet one that can make the game more fun for both the host and players is disabled for public. Okay.
Just disappointing that a good mod is being forced to private only.
Also what do you mean change the file?
If anyone wants it, works on your public lobbies. I got the mod before the creator removed public functionally
