Picked up items not registering

Can't really say it is a bug since I use More Company and the Skinwalkers mod, but wasn't sure if anyone has come across where when someone picks up an item, the game doesn't register the item as picked up.

Was curious if anyone else has come across this. My friends will buy flashlights for everyone and drop them in the ship. Everyone will pick one up, but the game shows them still on the floor for me. My character will try to pick them up, but can't. Same happens outside of the ship if someone picks up an item inside the buildings.

Are those the only mods you are using? Cause I have the same issue

Yeah, those are the only ones. I'm not too sure why the game isn't register items being picked up.

could be host-client issue.
Everyone need to have the same mods installed, same versions, same everything.

Could be network connection issue.

If you install mods with r2modman it shouldn't be an issue, just delete the whole profile and download same mods again. Ask for an import code from a friend.

If you install manually by dragging files into the game though, delete the whole game, clear appdata and registry editor locations and install the game again, and then mods.
Before doing that try verifying game files first though, that might fix the issue.

The issue was fixed by removing some mod, i don't remenber exactly but i think it was the one that add perks and level

yeah, sometimes the mods conflict with each other or the mod just breaks the game. If that's the case OP should send log file to find out which mod is breaking the game.
