If you need quick answers, I'd recommend using sites like System Requirements Lab[www.systemrequirementslab.com], or Game-Debate[www.game-debate.com] if you're unsure if your computer can/can't handle a game.
I've personally never used game debate, but I've heard people recommend it as an alternative.

Your CPU is 2 cores and 900 megahertz behind the minimum CPU requirement and the GPU coming with it does not have the same performance as the 1050, so no.

Every Steam game has their minimum requirements listed at the bottom of their store page before the review section.

No. You cannot run the game.
You need a dedicated GPU to play it, you only have Intel Graphics, which have been reported several times to crash the game.

An old refurbished office PC with a 3rd gen i5 and a GTX 1050 thrown in would run the game far better than that laptop because it's a slow dual core mobile i3 with no discrete graphics

Sir, the game is only 10 dollars, compare this with modern triple A game releases priced at a minimum of 60$, if lethal company is too expensive for you then I don’t think you would be able afford virtually any video game.

I have i3-1215U intel UHD graphics 8gb ram 12th gen base speed 2,40 ghz 8 logical proccesors i played cs2 and i get around 100 fps.
will it run 30 fps fast reply please i want to buy it today!
Also if i optimize it will be better?

I'll just say that sometimes (note "sometimes") I have 30fps (or even less) on a GTX 1060 6GB. So while I am not an expert in terms of saying "yes" or "no", I definitely do feel the game needs more optimization to run better. It looks about as good as the original Left 4 Dead, but for now on my end it performs worse than Red Dead Redemption 2 (which I can run perfectly fine on 60+ fps at all times).

I can barely get it to run at 30fps on my friends laptop with an i5 and integrated graphics.

Uhhh. This is so wrong. The game does not even have graphics settings unless you use mods and there's no way on Earth it could hit 30 fps with or without them on those specs. I know because I've barely managed it WITH mods on a slightly better laptop.
