So you're 100% certain that your mods are the same version as theirs?
Or as Shaelent said, mods aren't all the same versions. Many of the popular mods received updates recently.
Personally what I would do is have everyone do a fresh install, wipe all your mods, game files, etc. Then have everyone download the same list of mods through a profile code and go from there.
If that doesn't work it's a connection issue.
Did all of you download these mods manually or are you using a mod manager? Because if they shared a profile code with you then you would have the same version of mods as them when you imported the code.
I would download those two mods as well and see if it fixes the error code, otherwise I don't see why they can't just share the profile code with you so you can import it seeing as it would solve the issue in a literal second rather than having you get frustrated about not being able to join.
As I mentioned before, just have everyone start over and use the same profile code. People could have different config files, mods they aren't telling you, mods they think aren't required but actually are, etc.
Just have one person pick out all the mods and share the profile code. Start an entirely new Mod Profile.
