Background noise suppression

I have a friend who dosent play with headphones. Is there any way to make it so I don't hear myself every time I talk to him or is that just how its gonna be.

Headphones. Or get a noise cancelling software that works for every game you play.

Crisp is a good one. But I believe it's a software demo unless you buy the full software. I used Crisp before when I had a condenser mic because it picked up everything around me. Like I said though it is a premium software to fully use.

But if he doesn't want to buy headphones, buying the software might be cheaper.
