Need an Anti-hacker server-side mod

Hackers running around with Kill all commands are really annoying and are killing the fun for all.

Yeah we just had the same thing happen in another server, prob the same guy as it was so close to each other. He despawned the terminal too.

Ahh yes the reason why most multiplayer games have anti cheating detection and say no modding because it opens the door for this kind of exploitation. I don't think this problem can be solved unless he decides to add VAC to the game effectively ending modding. Even then there are ways to cheat with VAC but it'd be a lot less of a problem

We dont need AC.

What we need is people to just do theyr deeds and start kicking cheaters themselfs so modding isnt affected + there are preventive methods too....

The difference is that problem has a solution by only allowing the server creator to buy things or take off. Even if server leader is dead you can provide a way to take off still.

vac isn't the solution here, what the dev needs to do is just make non host players unable to edit the servers values.
as of now anyone with some trainer software can just set everyone's health to zero, or make the quota 9 billion or some ♥♥♥♥

To ban people in your games so you never see them in your hosted games again. Back up your save after returning to orbit each time, so at the most you have to replay that 1 day again if someone trys to mess with you.

Also when on discussion forums look at people who make pointless replies to cheating and greifing posts like "just dont queue w them or kick simple". It's an easy spot to find a cheater/jerk and pre ban them from your lobby, as they give pointless advice so they can keep trying to be a loser. After viewing their profile you can get the ID right away or use the steamid.io to find the ID you need to add to your ban list. I gotten over 25 pre bans just by lurking around the forums and finding people with vac bans or that have toxic attitude in the discussion forums. I'm sure a few will even reply to this post, claiming how wrong it is to do that, even tho I can decide who to play with or not.

Someone telling you to just Kick someone out is making a pointless reply. The damage from a cheater is already done by the time you kick them and they can find you again later and do the same thing again. Just look at people who make the worthless tip and see if they have a vac ban on record, chances are they are people who keep messing with other peoples games. I now already added 2 more to my server ban list just from lurking here. They can't resist a condescending reply to "jUsT kIcK tHeM" knowing full well that the damage is done and the kick is pointless, BAN and PREBAN if you can take a few minutes to check a couple of profiles.

What damage, the loss of one singular quota and unable to alt F4?

Back in the day we didnt even have anti cheat in many games We manually reviewed demo's back in the day. Damage was allready done too,, right?.....

And fyi, this was in competitive games like Halo CE, UT99, Original CS 1.5 (VAC wasnt even a thing)....
