Error Occurred When Joining Modded Lobby

Just installed a mod in lethal company and it works fine, but when I try to invite a friend they receive "an error occurred." It doesn't matter if they have the mod installed not installed, made sure each version matched and all that but it doesn't work.

Is there something else I have to enable to allow invites? I'm using Thunderstore.

I think you have to roll back to previous version of the game. Right click game in library > go to properties > Betas > and change in the drop down from none to previous. Let me know if that works. Me and my friends did everything all wrong and now our mods don’t work at all so we are trying to fix it lol. Something broke with our LC_API file.

Not everyone but most people are using mods, yes.

wdym stupid? They make the game alot better. There is a reason why people use mods

so mods can prevent me from connecting to other lobbies? I usually play with mods. I didn't notice anything unusual. but today I can't connect to anyone, the others don't connect to me.

to join ones without mods right click the launcher and run as administrator.
