When Thumper is with other stuff, it's not like Coil where your movement or ability to check over your surroundings is inhibited. You can just set yourself up to be able to handle more threats at once. More-over, doing so is fun. Jumping on a rail and refusing to engage with a multitude of threats is kind of lame.
My guy, you seem a little unhinged. You've posted like 5 replies to me in the time it took me to write one reply, and are now having a fit over a pretty innocuous clip.
You can snap your view back and forth by moving your mouse back and forth. If you are not able to do that easily, you are probably playing at an uncomfortable sensitivity.
Every thumper behaves this way if you get their attention while they are close enough to you. You should learn how to do it if you want to deal with thumpers.
Sure buddy.
Thumpers are supposed to be blind, yet will follow you all around the base beyond line of sight.
The hit boxes of enemies is abysmal, it feels like they are 1/2 the size they should be. Either that, or your shovel has half the range it should. You're swinging a 4-6 foot long shovel but it feels like I am holding a wooden spoon.
They seem to hear me quite well.
