Coil heads for obvious reasons… bracken will find you with or without sound, being too loud might anger it though? The rest do react to sounds. Baboon hawks will back off a bit if yelled at aggressively. Jester & the new nutcracker also don’t react to sound

Ive actually tested this. They are completely deaf. Giants operate by sight only.

the only creatures the react to sound in a way that actually changes gameplay are mimics and dogs. Dogs for obviouse reasons and mimics when first encountering you will stare at you, making loud sounds can increase this time of staring. The maneater also reacts to sound, but only in its larval stage.
