18+ is for all the mature stuff. And even then, I said it already for hundreds of time, a game being 18+ doesn't mean you should include sexual content.

Dildos worked in GTASA because of the absurd context CJ was in during the mission where he put on a BDSM suit. That's a VERY specific context and it can only work there.
Also GTA is about crime and more violent themed so it is reasonable to have a dildo. In this game, it is not
