The Crashing Problem

So I have a Intel hd graphic 6000 potatoe of course, I load the game get into the main menu and host a game, when i do it either sits in a black screen or a unity crash shows up, if I use Microsoft basic display adapter driver it works, problem is it’s load fps terrible compared to my potato 6000 graphics driver got ideas?

I have the same problem... And a toaster to play with.
Im searching how to fix that, if that is possible and i will tell you if i found anything useful.

same problem, i cant host game with mods, try to delete them and reload main game file

I’ve also noticed it says when I use Hdcompany, a mod that lets you change resolution and texture quality, it says that I have an unsupported Shader modeler.

same problem, adding myself here so i can try to find a fix that works. i have a ryzen 7700x and 3060ti, game crashes constantly with higher fps limits and has gone the longest without crashing at 60 fps

Side note: disabling display adapters seem to work, but its really laggy. Like 1 fps

Iv been having this problem too and iv tried SO MUCH. Iv been troubleshooting this on and off for days and iv tried everything i can think of ad every suggestion i could find. Without fail the problem is the exact same as yours every time, except for me it always goes unresponsive, i only got a unity crash once

Im not sure its fixable. As of right now, i believe you and everyone else with this problem currently owns a game they straight up cannot play

It really sucks

Just did the same thing and for the very first time i loaded into a game on this device, though like you said it was practically 1 fps.I only have one display adapter, an Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500

Does this confirm its an issue with the display adapter?

i agree, the crashing is really annoying but hopefully it will be fixed. none of my friends i play with have the issue which is interesting. maybe its an nvidia issue?

is there a way to enable a crash log, whether it be with mods or vanilla?

If you install Bepinex, the modding thingy required for mods in LC, it has a console that comes up with the game as it boots, which is full of the errors and such

Just some sidenotes though. I dont have an Nvidia driver i believe. Also im interested to see if your console shows the same warnings/errors iv been seeing

yeah i've played with both bepinex and vanilla. in my crash log this is the only error -

[Error : Unity Log] NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Iv been seeing that error too, among others though to be fair that could be mod conflict

Iv also been seeing a spam of the yellow warning "shader not supported but cant be removed because jobified" and iv heard this has caused crashing for other games

haven't seen that, and i don't use any mods other than bepinex
