Graphics Settings?

Are there any graphics settings anywhere in the files, such as on a .txt file? I would love to enjoy the game at higher framerates via turning the graphics lower.

Same question , I just made a similar topic. Didn't see yours beforehand. It ought to be in the game, but isn't. the ability to change resolution and graphical quality in game is a very basic feature.

It runs, just not well. It's at a consistent 20-15 FPS, and I was just wondering if I could increase this by turning down any graphics.
