I think this could be a good way to encourage the player to start trying to kill the monsters instead of just running from them

Considering how most of them are way bigger than the player and heavy two-handed loot (with the exception of manticoils, hoarding bugs, and snare flees) I think it would be physically impossible for the player to carry them over there. and also super gross cuz bugs

although its a sound idea

Considering how much hives and masks are worth, yes. Their remains can be dissected for something worthwhile. Your remains though? Useless.
