Yes - the base game is stupid, 45 item limit, can't look down, no F for flashlight the list is rather large lol

Yes - Modding fixes the majority of the issues.

Check the Thunderstore website to see if a mod fixes any issues you find, about the only thing i and anyone on these forums can help you with is to recommend that website, until the dev stops spending all his money and gets back to game development xD
