Just get a mic. They are pretty cheap. Literally the $10 Skullcandy earbuds have an amazing mic that is the equivalent of a mid-range gaming headset. There really isn't any excuse to not have a mic while PC gaming.

Having a lobby full of people not talking or using text chat only is extremely boring.

telling someone to just buy a microphone isnt rlly a gud response on a question that doesnt like to talk or is disable to talk

if the chat box was pointless, the dev should've removed the option to type from the start but it was there for a reason and not many ppl look at chat so text and speech has to serve a purpose in that role

I have to say something. i'm very fxxking upset. Every game has errors.
I admit it, I truly admit it. But this is too severe!!!! especially fxxk jetpacks.

anytime using a jetpack will always result in fatal damage. fxxxk that sxxt!
What's even more frustrating is that if you save your damn jetpack and retire, it's gone.

Damn, there are dozens of jetpacks I bought that disappeared so much.

Please fix the bug where the jetpack disappears.

I am a person who has used the jetpack more than 1,000 times, and damage is inflicted just by pressing the mouse. Fix this.

No. Games like these requires mics. Either get one or dont play at all, simple as that. You may say its rude, but thats just how it is. Its like asking to hire an interpreter when you aren't even mute.

if you're getting kicked for not having a mic then that is something you will just have to come to accept, either get a mic and avoid frequent kicks, or stay silent and most likely get kicked as people typically want other who can use their voice to communicate rather than a droning AI or reading.

People don't seem to understand that games like this pretty much require a microphone. I've played in several lobbies where people weren't talking and it's pretty much the most boring thing ever. People don't want to play with people who are entirely silent, it's not fun. Also not using/having a microphone defeats the purpose of 50% of the game. Can't use the walkie-talkie, can't hear others yell and scream when dying, can't scare away the Baboon Hawks by yelling at them, etc.

There are solutions to not wanting to talk that require a bit of research and work on your end. Such as getting a text to speech program to play through a virtual mic. Sort of the same way a soundboard works. But you would almost certainly be kicked instantly once people hear you talk like Microsoft Sam.

Overall the simple solution is to simply get a microphone, or play other games that don't rely on a mic for a more entertaining experience.
