Lobby expansion mod that requires only host to have it?

Is there a lobby expansion mod that requires only host to have it? I tried MoreCompany and BiggerLobby, but unfortunately these both require other players to also have the mod. I am trying to create a drop in/drop out lobby that anybody can join at any time with lots of room for new joiners.
