Steam deck mod without computer???

I want to know if I can get mods off lethal company without a computer???

You need to either modify the game files directly, or download and use a mod manager to do that for you. I don't know exactly how the Steam Deck works but, with how you are asking this, I'm assuming you cannot just about download and run any kind of software like it's a mini PC?

If not, then there probably isn't a way unless you can directly access the game files.
This game does not have official mod support, so there is no Steam or ingame method for downloading mods.

Well, I mean, the steam deck IS a computer. You can use the desktop mode at anytime. On the thunderstore, under Lethal Company, the mod manager r2modman has instructions for installing on linux (which is what the steam deck runs). To find the switch to desktop option press the steam button, go to power, and it'll be the second to last option.
Once you're using the steam deck like a PC, it'll take some getting used to, but you will be able to navigate to the aforementioned mod manager. Follow the instructions on the page and you should be able to install mods like anyone else.

Once you have r2modman installed in desktop mode and setup your mod profile, you can click on the help button on the left side and it will give you the launch options you need to add to the game. I would run it once in desktop mode from r2modman to get all your config files created. Then you can switch back to game mode and those launch options will still apply.

You will just need to go back to desktop mode if you need to change configs for mods or download new ones. Cumbersome, but the mods do work.
