online mode doesn't work

I got the game a couple days ago and when I first tried it.. it worked fine. I then downloaded a mod to allow bigger lobbies and since then my online mode hasn't worked. I tried deleting the files and re-running it, tried verifying the files from steam, deleted the whole game and redownloaded it, I even uninstalled steam and it still doesn't work. I even disabled my Firewall too and that also didn't work. To be precise, when I try to host a game and press confirm, nothing loads and i get taken to the home screen. When I try to join a crew, it just says "loading server list.." but nothing changes. Also the menu music when you first open the game doesn't play either.

I haven't seen anyone else on the Internet with the same issue with me and it's really frustrating. I think when I was deleting the mod at first I might have deleted an important file from the game and now it just won't work anymore and idk how to get what i deleted back.

Please help, I would really appreciate it. :/

I had the same problem and came to the conclusion that you may have to uninstall the mod from Thunderstore Mod Manager if you downloaded from there. If you downloaded it manually, I don't have a solution to that yet, but I'm sure somebody can figure it out.
