No audio when joining session

We are playing with 4 people. One of us does not have any sound once they join our session. They have sound up until they join with us then nothing. Also, nothing else has sound that works (Youtube, Spotify). Multiple restarts and updated all of the audio devices. We even changed out the microphone as we thought the push to talk was the issue. Nothing is working. They are using bluetooth headphones with a built in mic. Any ideas?

me nether but i realized its because my default Headset and Headphone is wrong choice.
at first "Play" tab in OS of Audio Option i selected Headphone as default but i realized there are almost same name of my headset name called Headset so i switch to this as default device and then i did confirm that playing sounds. (btw in game menu backgrounds music has no problem what i had selected before as default, wrong one so its just only at opening ingame configulation menu or starts actual playing game.)

i think we have problem that cant change output audio options in game menu and only just input audio.
