As other stated, yes you lose everything when you're fired. There is a mod that circumvents this that is also customizable afaik so it saves your decor and stuff when you're fired.

Yes you will lose your ship decor, it's why I avoid purchasing the decor and just get the utilities instead but if you prefer to keep your decor and don't mind using mods then you can download this from Thunderstore: https://thunderstore.io/c/lethal-company/p/TheBeeTeam/PersistentPurchases/
